We use your username, registered phone, email and account timestamps to identify you. If a legal request arrives from a different email, we verify it before discussing wallet activity or login history.

Payment records

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS references are stored with transaction time, amount and status. We use them to trace payment disputes, wallet credits and withdrawal checks, not to share your app password.

Cookie choices

Security changes

Password resets, device changes and unusual login checks are recorded with time and device type. If you lose access, contact live chat first, then confirm your registered email through the link we send.

We keep account and payment records while they are needed for legal, security, dispute or accounting reasons. When a record is no longer needed, we remove it or anonymise it where local law permits.

Correction requests
